Lima experience for group of 5-7 people ceviche de pescado original | Ceviche de ají amarillo | Ceviche en crema de rocoto | Causas frita y limeña | Arroz con mariscos | Jalea con yucas | Pulpo con papas | Anticuchos con papas | Lomo saltado | Conchas a la parmesana o chalaca | Papá a la huancaina | Sides de arroz blanco
Potato purée infused with ají amarillo and lime, friend in panko and filled with shrimps and house-made mayonnaise, layered with avocado, and crowned with egg and Peruvian olive.
Tender alpaca medallion, sous vide and pan-seared, served over creamy aji amarillo quinoa risotto. Finished with a pisco herb demi-glace, crispy quinoa, and microgreens.
Fried Causa Potato purée infused with ají amarillo and lime, friend in panko and filled with chicken and house-made mayonnaise, layered with avocado, and crowned with egg and Peruvian olive.
